Put some butter, pepper, and salt in a deep oven dish, and
put in preheated oven (190⁰C/350⁰F) until the butter melts. Break 4 eggs
carefully and slip them separately into the dish. Return it to the oven until
the eggs are set.
Note: Eggs done in this way are much nicer than those fried
in a pan on the oven-top.
